Description
This is one of seven original watercolor painting commissions by my Roadtrek camper van manufacturer client that will be given as personalized awards to his special dealer clients.
My assignment was to paint a family enjoying their summer vacation with the Roadtrek van in the picture. I designed this painting to suit his Quebec client specifically, with a personalized Quebec license plate and two canoes called The Explorers and Les Voyageurs. The beautiful picturesque Quebec lake landscape nature scene is reflected in the vehicle, a perfect choice for exploration and discoveries.
The family is sitting on a large rock beside the lake. A young boy and girl are fishing, a Labrador retriever is napping beside them while mom and dad are enjoying the northern lake view.
Other than the reference photo for the camper van motor home, the rest of the painting comes from my imagination - including the reflections in the motorhome.
