Description

One of the waterways or small lakes found on this gorgeous golf course. The grounds are impeccable. The fairways and greens are always green. The trees, plants and shrubs always manicured. The skies are nearly always clear blue, until a few clouds scud across. This image is from a series of pictures I have of the Phoenician Golf Course in Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s close to where I live now. The Phoenician consists of two courses, the Oasis and the Desert courses. I believe most of my images are from the Desert course and hopefully they are labeled correctly.

The Phoenician is both a golfer’s delight and nemesis. The delight comes from playing such a well-kept and well-designed course. The nemesis is that some of the holes are difficult.
