Lake Sammamish is almost entirely surrounded by expensive houses. That doesn't mean it isn't still beautiful.
I captured this image one chilly October morning on my way to work. Traveling down West Lake Sammamish Parkway (West Lake Samm) I spied the scene and had to find a place to park and then find a suitable sightline through the trees and houses before I lost the light. Anyway, taken from West Lake Samm, looking east toward East Lake Samm, the eastern shore is captured between the sunlight coming through the clouds (fog) and its reflection from the steam rising from the lakewater.
