Title
Kiger Mustang
Artist
Ben Kiger
Medium
Painting - Oil
Description
The Kiger Mustang was discovered in the Kiger Mountains of eastern Oregon but the genetic heritage goes back to the early Spanish horses and the ancient Sorraia of Iberia. My ancestors settled in the Oregon area that is why they are called "Kiger" Mustangs and the color of the horse is dun with a black mane and black tail. These horses are very smart and very rare. These horses were brought over by Columbus.

Ben, This is a great painting. You are such a talented artist, very talented. It is interesting that the Kiger mustangs and you have the same name. I read the description with interest. Thank you so much for your kind comment about my pink rose picture. F/V
