Description
It was a day of fine misty rain and out in the field could be seen an old metal kettle. The pot was attached by a chain to a log set within another log that was forked at the top. The cornfield was blanked by fog so thick it was impossible to make much out. Image was photographed in a field located near Peaks of Otter, Virginia, USA. This black and white image would make a great addition to any home as a canvas print, framed print or one of several other gifts.

Constance what an amazing photograph. Misting rain fog , how did you keep your camera lense dry ? Thé black and white makes for a dramatic presentation and the way the camp forked sticks are used is amazing . VL

thanks for commenting, Susan. I kept the camera dry by walking with it under my jacket and then when I found this site, I was actually sitting on a stoop at the door to a small shack with a roof overhanging the doorway. I took the shot and continued on.
