She was playing in the sand with her sisters, twirling and giggling on a very hot summer day. The photoshoot started early but it was getting hot fast. The umbrella seemed like a good idea and created the perfect distraction.
This painting was inspired by the photoshoot described. The painting has texture in the ruffles, a delicate tissue paper pattern.
