Description
According to Buddhist tradition, the Bardo is the intermediate state between death and rebirth. In this state the soul has a chance to either liberate itself or get reincarnated back into human life or worse. It is also alleged that if one cannot see his/her own shadow, the individual is in the Bardo. Nor can he or she leave footprints.
