Thank you so much Al! Truth be told, I used Lightroom and had to crop it because the bird was too far away to really see it in that tangle of wood, so I used Topaz Gigapixel to bring it back to an acceptable size! It ended up looking more like an etching or painting than a photograph, which mystified me.
