Description
Every day no matter what comes into my sight, I am grateful for. Although I can barely see now and often it is double or blurred, and can no longer read my Bible or favorite authors like Stephen King and Dean Koontz, I am grateful for all the times I could read and remember the wonderful lessons and stories. So when I see such beauty as this butterfly when I had given up all hope, it gave me a lasting joy that is almost un-describable. How I love nature, people, life and the beauty of all art. Artists are amazing people whom I wish to meet as many of them as possible and hear their stories.
My story began as a poor child who was often hungry, ragged, and had no toys but I had more than most for I had nature, and many siblings. AND now I have many artists friends who keep my heart full of hope for all things. Thank you my dear friends on FAA who melt away the sadness that has a habit of trying to swallow me up especially lately. Your calls, emails and messages have kept me sane during these last few trying weeks since my husbands unexpected passing. I am having his memorial this Friday and playing his favorite songs which he requested when we discussed how we wanted our memorials handled. First "Amazing Grace," "On The Wings Of A Dove," Garth Brooks songs, "The Dance," "If Tomorrow Never Comes," and "Unanswered Prayers," and one special song that he didn't request but my dear friend and sister Swedish Attitude Designs, "CIA," and her mother called and played for me from Sweden a few weeks ago and which I continue to play and sing to now every day, "Halleluiah". Thank you My Dear Cia and your Lovely Mother for thinking of me and giving me such joy.
Although gone in body, I see my husband in almost everything and this photograph of a butterfly signifies to me the glory of life, love, and the CONTINUANCE OF ALL THINGS."
Although I still feel broken and hurt more than words can explain, and oh do I cry at times, oceans of tears but I also laugh and rejoice in the fact that for over 42 years we spent many times together that I shall always hold on to.
This butterfly and the flowers remind me of his love of nature and the joy he had in planting beauty and the gardening that gave him so much pleasure.
I now share with each of you, the photograph that reminds me that LOVE NEVER DIES, NOR LEAVES but is there LIKE A CANDLE SHINING BRIGHTLY to light our way and lead us from the darkness and pain that tries to swallow us when we lose a loved one.
I AM VICTORIOUS and I will continue on to create and share my love with all of you for that will never change.
BLESSINGS OF LOVE AND GREAT JOY TO EACH AND ALL WITH MY THANKS AND GRATITUDE. I WILL RETURN TO FAA FULL OF JOY AND WITH A HEART FREE FROM PAIN SOON. I look forward to being welcomed back into the fold. Thank you!
Debra "Debbie" Lynch BLESSINGS!!!
