Description
Hjelle Norway was the most unusual place-well one of the most unusual places. The entire village is made up of about 10 houses, one of which is converted a to a very large B&B. This mountain, with its glacier on its top had very much significance to me. The owner of the hotel took us to a special dining room for dinner where I could see a lot of tapestry from several hundreds of years ago on the wall. In every single one, this mountain was present exactly as it is today. The tapestry he had on the wall was faded and went back over 400 years... the mountain stood with its full glory and not even a drop of snow missing! I found it most amazing. My window looked at it as well so I was looking at it all day and night. Its beauty did not let me eyes leave it. This picture was taken quite late in the summer when the sun never settles.
