Description
A majestic view of the historic Mott Bridge near Rosebud, Oregon. The rustic bridge carries traffic over the North Umpqua River on a 14.5-foot roadway and two 4-foot sidewalks. The timber bridge was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1936 and is the last remaining three hinged timber arch of the three similar structures built in the Pacific Northwest during the Great Depression.

George Buxbaum replied:
Thank you John. This was an interesting place. Had to search around for a location on the river where the bridge could still be seen.
