This image was captured with a large format film camera (with bellows and a big black cloth over your head. Much like Ansel Adams used to use) on 4 x 5 inch transparency sheet film. The image is "as is" No digital manipulation was applied whatsoever.
Hickory Hammock is a Wildlife Management Area located in rural central Florida, just south of Orlando and near Sebring. Hickory hammock, is one of those best kept secrets and not on the regular tourist routes.
