the beautiful pub on top of the headlands will be no more soon the developers have their way there be a luxury motel in its place it well be a shame if that happens. It has been the place they have filmed a mini serious TV and it was a great place to call in for a break when travelling alone the coast where theview of the Illawarra is great. When the whales are moving north for winter and south for summer you can watch them go by. The Headlands is north of Wollongong at Austinmer on the NSW coast of Australia

GR8 picture experience tells me that it looks even better from a distance rather than the close up digital representation here. I find the best way to view is to scrunch up the eyelids when viewing. Love it
