Sometimes as an artist, I find myself in a rut. I think to myself...ugh...the Golden Gate Bridge. How many shots of this have I taken? I'm so bored with it...blah blah blah. Then one night, as I'm out, trying to find a new angle, I shoot something that I see and I have a good feeling about. I spend countless hours perfecting the shot, and all of the sudden, I'm in love. The black, the white, the red, somehow, the shot that I had a feeling about has suddenly turned into one of my favorite images I've ever shot. These experiences that I've had, over time...as I say to myself, ugh, not another picture of this...start to change my attitude towards it, and remind myself that I make the photo, every photo is different, they aren't always going to be the best, but sometimes, they'll knock your socks off. I've had so much fun working with this image and I'm proud to finally be able to show it off. I hope you enjoy it!
