I joined the 365-day Journal challenge for 2022 and here is my ‘Day 137.
May 17, 2022, Journal Entry:
The white rose bushes that line a walkway by my mother’s place are blooming out with bursts of the flowers grouped together. It is so nice to walk by and smell the fragrance they put out. I edited this photograph with an illustrated and painterly style.
White roses symbolize purity, innocence, sympathy and spirituality. It was known as the true love rose before the red rose was known as the love rose. It is used in bridal bouquets and is often recognized as a traditional wedding flower.
