Description
Early one summer morning I found a woman peacefully fishing on the banks of the Tidal Basin near the FDR Memorial. Several times, visitors to the memorial wandered down to the bank close to where she was fishing, whereupon she temporarily moved on down the bank to directly in front of where I was, with the reflection of the Washington Monument in the background.
