Description
Fire in the Sky by Jeff Burton was made while photographing in Arches National Park outside Moab, Utah. Just as sunset arrived, the sun peaked out from under a cloud layer and briefly lit up a bank of clouds behind the Delicate Arch. The show last only a few minutes, but it was spectacular. Fortunately, I had time to get my camera mounted back on the tripod to get this long exposure.
Jeff Burton is a Peoria, IL based Fine Art Photographer, who seeks to capture moments that instill a sense of calm and wonderment with the world around us. His photography style emphasizes the often-overlooked rich texture and tones of his subjects.
