Description
This painting came out of a deerstalking weekend, in central New Zealand bush, with two of my adult sons. They didn’t see any deer, but I saw and loved morning light in a Beech forest!
Very much later, I created the portrait of Jesus, inviting us to walk with him and enjoy his creation.
I have finally learned to supplement actual brushes with digital ones. This opens delightful new possibilities using semi-hidden imagery in some of my best paintings.
I find many people’s blind acceptance of the ‘it all happened by chance’ theory. To me, the whole of creation shouts, ‘Mind boggling detail and interactive balance, that all points to Intelligent design!’
What would happen if we dared to really ask God to reveal Himself to us?
