We as humans desire equilibrium. We don't enjoy times of uncertainty or pain. But life brings us on pathways of uncertainty which cause upheaval within us. It is important to realize that those times are valuable times of learning and growing. If we are able to see difficulty as something that will bring positive future change through our acceptance and understanding, we are able to adapt and reposition ourselves within our life experiences which is one of the greatest gifts we can realize because it makes us stronger and more empathetic as human beings.
