Description
Did you know that Halley's comet is actually visible this year in the Orion meteor shower? I remember trying to find it through the smog haze back in 1986 - all that effort (car full of family, hot cocoa, the drive into the mountains, midnight, the bundling up in winter gear....nothing. Oh, the guilt).
Once the storm clouds clear, I'm eagerly waiting to see this elusive "easy to see" comet. In the meantime, I still think about the entry into Space Mountain at Disneyland - all of the images of space travel and comets. It's the Expanse...without the protomolecule.
