Dance of the Gauge Bosoms is a little bit of light humor based on a title typo at one of my first art exhibits. It was a curated show of works by a small group of artists.
I was exhibiting a large bold oil painting with subtle "Big Physics" references. The painting was titled "Dance of the Gauge Bosons (in vacuum)". The title typo changed "bosons" to "bosoms". My sweetie, a particle Physicist , caught the typo and started pulling me over and giggling.
The curator was abashed, but I laughed it off and promised him to create the piece in the title someday.
Bosoms (boobs) do have a sort of gauge, in the sense of discrete and regular measures (we call them "bra sizes"). Probably more of an Engineer's interpretation. Perhaps there is also some sort of exchange of force or properties going on that is too subtle for me to detect or measure - or perhaps that's limited to actual bosons.
