Dainty Flowers Beige 300
Sharon Williams Eng
Mixed Media - Macro Abstract Digital Photo Painting
Remember as a child walking home from school and finding a field of wild flowers? What a perfect surprise for your mother - a fresh bouquet. You stop and pick a handful, gather them together and happily present them to your mother as soon as you rush through the door. What happy days!
This simple, dainty wild flower bouquet may look like a sketch, but it is actually a macro photograph of some etching on an electric box found in an alley in Hendersonville, North Carolina. A little digital contrast and tone manipulation brought out the design. This art photograph reminds me of a wild flower bouquet a child might pick for a mother or grandmother.
This is an original digital photo painting by Sharon Eng. I am an exhibiting artist in southwest Florida and my art has been exhibited in galleries in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina and is in collections nationwide. I create abstract photography, mixed media photo painting, acrylic mixed media, and acrylic paintings. Many of my abstract and semi-abstract works would make great decorative throw pillows or shower curtains. I've even had a couple abstracts made into my personal cell phone covers.
