Castle Crags is a California State Park in the shadow of Mt. Whitney. Geologically the park consists of three different formations that are found in the Cascade Mountains. The granite uplift called Castle Crags is the middle aged formation.
I photographed Castle Crags with a Canon 60D and processed this faux infrared version using Topaz Labs Black and White filter/
