Carousel Window Silhouette Asbury Park NJ by Regina Geoghan. A monochrome, vertical image of a section of a carousel window from the vacant historic building on the boardwalk in Asbury Par, N.J. Photographed through a window and converted to black and white. A small example of the wonderful architecture of the old Palace Amusement area of the park. The Merry-go-round functioned from 1888 until 1956. The Palace Amusement building which also contained a Ferris Wheel is on the National Register of Historic Places.
