This highly textured watercolor depicts a boat tied up off an old dock, rocking calmly in the waters. A friend of mine visited Honduras and I painted many originals from some of his wonderful photographs. This is one of them. This signed painting is on cold-pressed Arches paper and unframed.

You came pretty close here to combining the Three types.. abstract sky, impressionistic boat, while water and dock verge on realism. and I like it very much.
