Description
Bow Pudding protects the bow of this seine net boat from impacts with the "Mother Ship". This small powerful net boat pulls one end of a seine net off the reel of the mother ship and holds it in place across the path of the salmon run until it's time to reel it back in to the larger boat that holds the net. When it's time to move, the net tug is pulled up onto the transom of the fishing boat out of the water by the chain bridle seen hanging below the pudding.
