Description
Evening at the historic Bodie Lighthouse, located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina at OBX is especially wonderful when it the skies are clear enough to see the stars and milky way. I decided to edit in black and white to show the eleganat lines and start. The clouds were just beginning to roll in at the bottom of the picture leaving them intact near the lighthouse glow.

This looks fantastic in black and white - the tonal range is magnificent and the star-spangled night sky and light rays add just enough interest to the background. Gorgeous piece, Norma. This was one of my nominations for Pick of the Day in the Best of Minimalism group for October 18.
