Thanks very much, GJ Glorijean! I shot this one with a 140mm lens so far enough away not to feel the heat. That would've been too risky. Shot from my bedroom window with a 30-second shutter speed. I had the privilege of having that view for 1 1/2 years and witnessed frequent eruptions. During that time there was a deadly eruption on June 3, 2018 killing several hundred people in the villages close by. Mother Nature can be awe inspiring and terrifying.
