Description
One of the most popular wildflowers grown is the Black-eyed Susans, a Native to North America; they tend to cover fields, pleasing a passerby with their color. It is called a Black-eye Susan because of the dark purple/brown center that contrasts the yellow petals. These plants can grow over 3 feet tall and have leaves that can reach 6 inches. While the stalks can grow as much as 8 inches long, the flowers have a diameter of 2 to 3 inches.
