Description
This is the Bitter End Resort on a small island rock out crop in Bitter End harbor of Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands. A final destination for the Salty Dog Rally made up of a consortium of sailboats ranging from 35' to 80' who started their journey in Hampton, Virginia near the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. This rally is put together to assist boaters in planning and support and ongoing weather reports while in route along the 1500 miles that will be covered and not for the faint of heart. We arrived 12 day after our start, crewing aboard a Sabre 45. Photo taken while on the hook (anchor)
