Description
This was my favorite slot for shooting my photography through on this particular day. For one, it is at the best height for me and secondly, this was the closest view of the multitudes of Sandhill Cranes on this day. They lined the shoreline as far as the eye could see and I would move to another slot occasionally to watch with my binoculars and of course, I enjoyed the open overhead for watching the Cranes take to the sky. Also, it was a fortunate day to watch as only one other bird watcher was there for a portion of the time my husband and I were...we spent a little over three hours watching.
