This authentic portrait of an Edwardian lady has been digitally restored by me from an original painting on silk which is in my possession. This portrait would have been a major investment at the time, sometime between 1900 and 1910. The lady has obviously donned her finest apparel and posed in the elegant setting of the artist's studio, but her attire and expression betray a life of hard work and little reward. This image has never been published before and is available to purchase only on this website. This original painting of my ancestor is a family heirloom and I own the absolute and sole copyright. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited. The original is not for sale.
