Description
The American Redstart is a type of warbler that is mostly black with bright orange patches on its sides, wings and tail. Its belly is white. Baltimore Orioles have similar coloring, but are larger birds and their belly is entirely orange. This male American Redstart was photographed in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in the spring.
