Tanker 82, a Cal Fire air tanker enroute to make a retardant drop in the Red Bank Fire in Northern California. Flying in front of the Moon out in the daylight. I live near the airport so it was just a matter of waiting for the perfect timing and of course yelling at all the pilots that didn't fly the right path in front of the moon from my back yard.
I'm lucky that I live in the airport flight path. I love the planes flying overhead.
Cal Fire aka California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection is California's Fire Department, also known as CDF is one of the largest fire departments in the world.
