The Brunico Christmas Market, located between the historical Via Bastioni, the medieval walls between the four town gates, and the new townhall, includes some 35 market booths. It enchants visitors from all over with traditional handicrafts, delicious Christmas bakery, and gift ideas.
Handicraft products as well as tradition are in the centre of attention of the "Town Christmas in Brunico Bruneck": Typical South Tyrolean products and of course Christmas decoration are also part of the offer on the market. Ambling along the town, watching people doing Christmas shopping, enjoying a mulled wine - whatever you do, a solemn atmosphere will accompany you.
Highlights are e.g. the Scent Shack at the Tschurtschenthaler Park, the Silent Point in the Sternbach Palace, and the art installation in the upper town. And if you prefer some activities after all these impressions, you may spend some hours on the ski slopes of famous Mt. Plan de Corones.
