Title
Abstract Birds
Artist
Shirley Sykes Bracken
Medium
Painting - Watercolors And Ink
Description
Abstract Birds is one of my favorite paintings. It was done freely from my imagination with no reference photos. That's the most fun kind of painting. They are standing in a surreal atmosphere. The water is like glass.

Very unusual and lovely. Everything about it draws your eye in to view every detail.

Stunning piece. The sketched quality of the line work gives the scene beautiful depth. I love how you have accented the birds with the highlights of bold white. That, coupled with the line work and the tint on the wings, pulls the birds forward off the page. I love it :-) L/F
