Description
A visit to Sedona, Arizona is a wonderful experience. I found this spectacular spot and set up my tripod and camera in hopes the sun would pop through the clouds. After a long wait with no success, I put the tripod and camera away. As I sat in the seat of the car, the sun popped out. I rushed back out, set up and had a brief 5 minutes to take this photo before the sun went behind the clouds.

Absolutely love this shot James. I find trees a wonderful subject to photograph and study. The textures and shapes are so interesting. I really enjoy the sharp focus on the tree that draws my attention, but you also gave wonderful treatment to the beautiful background allowing the viewer to move lazily through the photo, lost in thought. The overall color and tone are just beautiful. Well done!
