This is a capture from among my evening walks near and around the Old Manchaca Road area in Deep South Austin.
To the right in the image, through a tangled bramble nest of sprigs and weeds and scrub growth, flows Slaughter Creek. It infrequently floods because it infrequently rains in Central Texas 😊 Dry, this path makes for an interesting walk.
