I love covered bridges (which I don't generally see in Southern California!). This is so beautiful with all that gorgeous fall color surrounding it!!! f/l

I love the perspective here. I visited Flume Gorge in the fall a few years back but didn't get down off the trail. The rocks (both in the stream and in what appears to be retaining walls at the sides of the bridge) and rushing water add a level of interest that I like very much.

Thanks Skip! It was my second time there and I should go back again this fall because I missed one view... BUT this time I will bring my knee high boots to do it better.
