Description
This pen and ink drawing is of one of my favorite places, East Harbor State Park in Marblehead, Ohio. One of the most special parts of every visit to the park is driving through this tunnel of trees. As a child and as an adult it always meant we were on our way to the beach or even better camping. The slow drive through the trees added a sense of anticipation to the joys of nature to come and in the fall the scene came alive with brilliant color.
