Wild Baby Bird With Mom and or Dad

Greetings and welcome to the latest contest by Wild Birds Of The World - A Nature Photography Group! While you do not have to be a member of our group to participate, we do welcome you to check us out and join us if you are a nature photographer. Also, our group submission rules will apply.

Subject: We are looking for baby (or fledgling) birds in the wild and it must be accompanied by at least one of its parents. In other words, we will not accept just shots of baby birds. A mommy or daddy bird has to be with it (them).

Submission rules:
1. Photographs only. And they must be nature photographs without effects, false backgrounds, heavy texturing or painterlies.

2. No bird feeders, silhouettes or far, far away images. Black and white is acceptable but selective color is not.

3. It must be a wild bird, not from zoos, falconry, etc., and YOU MUST NAME the species of bird! You cannot just call it a hawk, a gull, a finch, a sparrow, a swan, an egret, etc. What kind of hawk/gull/finch/sparrow/swan/egret is it?

Have fun and good luck! And be a good sport and do not campaign for votes.

Each participant may submit 1 image.

1)   You must be a member of Licensing.Pixels.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
