Russ Loomis, originally from Connecticut, currently makes his home in the lower Catskill Mountains of Sullivan County, New York.   Photography has been in his family for four generations.   Starting with his great-grandfather as a freelance photographer, who followed and captured such individuals as Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Jack Dempsey.   This was passed to his Grandfather who took photography to the next level.   He set his eye on natures wildlife and over the years had many of his photographs published in the National Audubon Society Magazine, and was a life long...more
