I am a mixed media artist but I have done textiles for most of my career, I am now mostly painting with acrylics.   A spark of inspiration can come to me from many places -- a flower, texture on a tree, a color that says 'WOW'!   I really enjoy painting abstracts!   I appreciate all colors especially bright and vivid ones.   My artwork also contains lots of texture.   I feel like I leave a piece of myself in all my work and hope that it brings a spark of wonder to you!
