I was born and raised in the southeastern United States, then spent many years, while pursuing my education and serving in the U.S. Air Force, traveling around America and the world. Much of story is told in recent book releases like Greeting Flannery OConnor at the Back Door of My Mind and Dreams of the Immortal City Savannah. Artwork by me is featured on the cover of both books.

My last 4 public exhibits were at the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport Art Gallery in Savannah, Georgia, USA, and during a cultural arts event in the historic Lafayette Square in the same city. I am currently completing an artbook project on different challenge which humanity has been facing in the 2020s, with text contributions from writers around the world.

My original Silk-Featherbrush Artstyle is as much a process as it is a visual aesthetic articulation. A primary example of it can be found on the cover, and within the pages, of the 2022 Flannery O'Connor Review academic journal. Silk-Featherbrush Artstyle incorporates patterns, forms, and palettes found within different natural and urban environments. The technical flexibility of the process and style has resulted in exceptionally successful print adaptations for different artforms such as mixed media, photography, acrylic creations, and fine art digital paintings. The signature style evolved out of a personal need to confront unwavering chaos in the world with innovative tools and appealing chromatic visions capable of reaffirming balance between unapologetic beauty and too-often unavoidable sorrow.
