The world is full of fascinating images, and I strive to share my vision of the beauty that surrounds us. In addition to the subjects of my photos, the design of the complete final image is always on my mind. My hope is that through my work you will see the artistry in the world.
After Joining FAA in 2014, I took a lengthy break to work on other endeavors. 2019 found me uploading my newest images; I hope they appeal to your soul as they did mine. In 2020 I began experimenting with alcohol inks, soon becoming obsessed with the beauty, unpredictability, and challenge they present. My collection of paintings grows as I continue creating with inks.
2021 forced a creative break as I fought cancer (and won!). It has taken awhile to find the energy and mind space to being creating again, whether with my camera or paints. However, the urge to create is within me and beginning to bloom again. I'm now painting with watercolors as well as inks, and my camera is always by my side. I look forward to continuing to share my artistic journey with you.
