Several years ago, I woke up one morning, and arbitrarily decided to start drawing and painting.   I am completely self- taught.   I do not, however, view my lack of formal training as an impediment.   In fact, quite the contrary, as I feel my naivety is accompanied by a certain freedom of imagination.   A freedom that, perhaps, would not be as accessible if my work was confined to a certain style or technique.My work is comprised of a collection of acrylic paintings as well as some some mixed media pieces (pastels and acrylics).   Although similar themes or moods can...more
