Holly Winn Willner was born of creative roots, with professional artist and photographer father and writer, publisher mother. Both parents were also educators who always encouraged exploration and imagination. Holly was a curious child, intrigued by the process of creation, highly sensitive and empathic, yet logical and quick thinking. She has mastered many mediums, both in career and in her own business/creative endeavors. Holly is degreed in computer science, and later returned to be certified in graphic design which opened the doors to a long rewarding career in marketing, where she uses skill in visual creativity and communications. She enjoys website and logo design and branding, photography and photo styling, creative writing and well optimized web content.
When her children were young, Holly spent several years as professional crafter, demonstrator and published artist. Holly developed a small line of childrens decor and clothing. She enjoyed upcycling vintage furnishings and jewelry, as well as mixed media painting and paper crafting.
Recent opportunity led her to scale back her marketing business and focus on her travel photography, creative writing and art in Peru. Holly renewed her love of photo composition and fell madly in love with alcohol ink painting. She has masterfully blended her graphic design skills, photography, and creative filters with the challenging medium of alcohol ink.
In her portfolio you will find an eclectic mix of what makes Holly 's heart sing, from photography to painting in both acrylics and inks, to graphic word art and 3-dimensional design. In true creative form, one day the inspiration will be a new jewelry or purse design, the next may be an idea for using recycles, including as surface for painting and inking.
