Gladiola Sotomayor was born on the island of Puerto Rico.   Her passion for painting and drawing has been with her since she could hold a pencil in her hand.   She would draw on her dolls. on the mail, on the walls, on her clothes, on herself.... you name it.   This was not always seen as a good things so many times she had to hide her wall drawings behind furniture.   Nonetheless this did not discourage her from continuing her passion through her college years.   She graduated with a Masters from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and has been awarded...more
