NOTE: Fineart America uses PayPal as the only payout system for artists. Due to repeated fraud through PayPal with loss of art and payment for art sales on different websites, I have found myself forced to cancel the payment cooperation and my account at PayPal and stop selling art on websites using PayPal as a payment source to artists. PayPal refuses to take responsibility when customers have misused or acted negligently with their account when it has been used for unauthorized purchases, with the result that we as sellers have to bear the entire loss.
