Dan Dooley lives in the Dallas / Ft. Worth, Texas area and is retired from the medical electronics field. Along with his wife Sandra, they enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including ocean cruising, kayaking, bicycling and mountain trail hiking. Of course travel to ideal locations for photography. Hiking and photography go hand in hand and he is not afraid to hit the trails loaded down with his camera, monopod and an assortment of lenses.
Dan specializes in nature photography including wildlife, birds, flowers and macro/close-up subjects. He has a web site and a blog dedicated to photography tutorials.
